Given that Hamas was created with complicity, if not direct participation of Israeli security services (seemingly taking the cue from the US creating Taliban and Al Quaeda at about the same time), this legal principle would seem to compel Israeli politicians and Mossad chiefs to grab a stick and bash own heads to death.
